Rental Conditions Terms of payment: The estimated cost of rental is payable at the time of booking a reservation. Alternatively G & G TRAVEL AGENCY recognized credit cards are welcome with no deposit obligations. Each additional hour up to 5 hours will be charged at 1/5 of the rate applied. Any fraction in excess of 5 hours will be computed as a full day. Renter's age: Minimum age required is 21. Driver's licence: Renters are required to have valid drivers license at least 1 year old internationally accepted. Rental period & Additional driver: Minimum rental is 1 day. Additional drivers charge US$ 2. - Per day. Delivery & Collection: No charge in town, elsewhere US$ 0, 1. - per km. to the nearest G & G TRAVEL AGENCY offices. Cars may be returned to locations other than original renting locations, if rental is over 3 days. Traffic fines: Traffic fines are charged to the renter. In cases where the renter is found fully defective at any traffic accident and does not inform the nearest G&G office within 48 hours following occurrence, the period which may elapse during the car is remained at the service or the period during which the car is prevented from traffic for any reason, shall be added to the rental fee. Chauffer driven service and luggage rack and child seat are also available. G & G TRAVEL, reserves the right to substitute the type of the car under circumstances beyond control. Rates and included conditions are subject to change prior notice. IMPORTANT: The acceptance of CDW is invalid if in case of any accident, police and medical reports are not obtained immediately, the car is driven under the influence of alcohol, and the car is driven above the legal speed limits. All the prices above are included CDW (collision damage waiver) and PAI (personal accident insurance) and 23 % VAT (value added tax). Gasoline is excluded.
